“Cortázar, siempre” (Homenaje)

Abstract

Este texto es un testimonio no solo de una amistad, sino la radiografía del hombre y el escritor que fue y es Cortázar. El autor echa a andar la máquina de la memoria para recordar aquellos momentos que son una suma de lugares, fechas en las que la condición de “cronopio”, de ese sujeto sensible, travieso, inocente, subvertor, se hicieron presentes en uno y otro encuentro, sin que en ningún momento eso haya atentado contra la imagen primera o la que el autor imaginó o supuso sobre el autor de La casa tomada: un hombre fiel a sus ideas y por tanto a su poética y a su ética. Como bien anota Sosnowki, “Tratándose de Cortázar (sabrán disculpar, espero, el compás de tango con sabor a bolero), el paso del tiempo no es olvido ni alarga las distancias”.

This text is a testimony, not only of a friendship, but the X-ray of the man and writer that Cortázar was and is. The author fires up the machine of memory to remember those moments that are a sum of places, dates on which are the condition of “cronopio”, that sensible, naughty, innocent, subvertor subject, which were present one and another encounters, without this, at any time, having attacked the first image or that which the author imagined or supposed about the author of La Casa Tomada: a man faithful to his ideas and therefore his poetics and his ethics. As Sosnowki notes, “In the case of Cortázar (please forgive, I hope, the rhythm of tango-flavored bolero), the pass of time is not forgotten nor lengthens the distance”.
