| dc.description | The objective of this study is to assess the historical trajectory and implications of the refundable component of financing for development offered by Venezuela within their schemes of South-South Cooperation (SSC). In that sense, the role given to the SSC by Chavez in his foreign policy has important elements of continuity, which are rooted in the Venezuelan’s oil diplomacy since 1958 and, since its inception, sought to forge alliances with other developing countries for change the international economic relations. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del trabajo es valorar la trayectoria histórica e implicaciones que tiene el componente reembolsable de la financiación al desarrollo ofrecida por Venezuela dentro de sus esquemas de Cooperación Sur-Sur (CSS). En ese sentido, el papel otorgado a la CSS por Chávez en la acción exterior del país tiene importantes elementos de continuidad, que se enraízan en la diplomacia petrolera venezolana desde 1958 y que, desde sus inicios, intentó fraguar alianzas con otros países en desarrollo para el cambio de las relaciones económicas internacionales. | es_ES |
