dc.descriptionThis work describes an experience using digital tools to improve technical-pedagogical processes of one of the symbolic objectives of the General Directorate of Maritime Interests (DIGEIM): To disseminate and strengthen national maritime awareness. The project flowed through four stages: diagnosis, capacity building, identification of digital tools, and quantitative and qualitative evaluation. Given how particular and at the same time transcendental it is for DIGEIM to strengthen maritime awareness within the framework of its institutional objective, and given the new labor reality in force in all areas due to the COVID-19 crisis, the work provides sufficient examples to understand and replicate the experience in other contexts, mainly those related to coastal marine environmental education.en_US
dc.description.abstractEste trabajo describe una experiencia fundamentada en el uso de herramientas digitales para mejorar procesos técnopedagógicos de uno de los objetivos emblemáticos de la Dirección General de Intereses Marítimos (DIGEIM): Difundir y fortalecer la conciencia marítima nacional. El proyecto fluyó por cuatro etapas: el diagnóstico, la generación de capacidades, la identificación de herramientas digitales y la evaluación cuantitativa y cualitativa. Dado lo particular y a la vez trascendental que resulta para la DIGEIM fortalecer la conciencia marítima en el marco de su objetivo institucional, y dada la nueva realidad laboral vigente en todos los ámbitos por la crisis de la COVID-19, el trabajo aporta ejemplificaciones suficientes para entender y replicar la experiencia en otros contextos, principalmente los vinculados con la Educación Ambiental marino costera.es_ES
