| dc.description | This article offers an explication of the acute polarization that was experienced in the Guerra de los Cuatro Días that claimed about one thousand deaths. The research is supported by the review of the unrevised documental sources: the military trial of those responsible for the uprising. The proposal is that behind the public discourse that justified the bitter confrontation, the nationality of Bonifaz and the defense of the constitution, one of the most powerful reasons was the liberal control of the soldiers, threatened by the infiltration of por-conservative of the Compactacion Obrera Nacional (National workers union). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este artículo es ofrecer una explicación de la aguda polarización que se vivió en la guerra de “los Cuatro Días” y que produjo casi mil muertos. Se apoya en la revisión de una fuente documental no trabajada hasta ahora por los especialistas: el juicio militar a los responsables del levantamiento. Propone que, por debajo de los discursos públicos que servían para justificar el encarnizado enfrentamiento, la nacionalidad de Bonifaz y la defensa de la Constitución, una de las razones más poderosas fue el control liberal del ejército, amenazado por la infiltración filo-conservadora de la Compactación Obrera Nacional. | es_ES |
